Jane Ducklin Osteopath

Massage Therapy

Holistic approach

Massage at Jane Ducklin Osteopathy is being offered as an integral service to patients. The close communication between the Osteopath and Massage Therapist results in a more holistic approach with more successful outcomes.

The massage therapist will take direction from the osteopath and work to resolve muscular tightness to aid overall recovery.

This team approach to your care means that if the massage therapist identifies a potential further issue or concern they are able to talk to the osteopath for further advice and can quickly refer you back to the osteopath.

Massage for wellness

Massage can be a great stand alone treatment and focused soft tissue work is key to many people's recovery and ongoing wellness regime.

Our Massage Therapist takes direct bookings for patients with muscular pain or stress-induced tension.

We regularly help patients with tensions related to work, gardening, playing a sport and mobility issues. Patients find that the pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia is often alleviated with massage.

Our massage therapist offers a range of massage types including Therapeutic, Sports and Lymphatic Drainage.

The benefits of massage

If you've over done it in a class or at the gym, or you're feeling exhausted and having difficulty focusing or sleeping, our massage therapist can help you.
